Firstly, welcome to Armorama. Browse the forums and features section and you'll probably find what you're looking for. Secondly, what exactly do you want help with? You haven't made it very clear. Do you need help with the general idea? The scenery? Materials? If you're a bit more specific someone (probably a few people) will come along and help you.
PS. 'Recurit' isn't a word. It should be recruit. That's a typo.

thank's staff sargent it should be recruit im at work and im not supposed to be on the compute iam tyring to type to fast .but i need help wit the general idea i want to be as accurate as possible in the dio i want to submit the picturesi already have the materials needed i just don't know if it should be a training op or a real mission type dio agian thanks staff sargent davester444 :-) thanks as well eagle

Since there don't seem to be any references on Russian spec-op (Spetz Natz) training exercises, you could make your dio of this and do it how exactly how you want without worrying about accuracy too much. If no one has references, they won't know if something in the dio is innacurate.
