are the recent releases of trumpeter german s p vehicles exactly the same as those proposed for release by bronco models, if so is the comet tank , a yet to be released vehicle, by bronco going to be released by trumpeter

No, they are not the same kits. Bronco kits currently still exist only as test shots, but these test shots show clearly that these are completely different models from Trumpeter versions. You can find more information about Bronco kits on PMMS (http://www.perthmilitarymodelling.com).
