Nope!! Not yet, hope don't have to! I agree with you Pete! We are adults and we know what good conduct is and from what I have seen here, we are all adults

The only thing I've seen close to rules or regulations is in the postboard FAQ under 'regulators'. Here it is:
Quoted Text
Admins and forum moderators reserve the right to close or delete any post that does not provide a clear and purposefull topic. There are many members who still use 28.8 and 56k modems that do not have the time to wade through useless and senseless topics.
Anyone who posts just to increase their Armorama.com Forums stats or post topics out of boredom risk having there topics closed, removed and/or membership revoked.
Try to make the topic wording mirror what is inside the thread. Topics like "Check this out!" and "~~\You have to see this!//~~" only attract members to a topic they may not want to read.
As far as I can tell, nobody thinks I'm annoying enough to be kicked off the site. :-)

Yodaman,
Well...those rules were actually composed by the programers who made the forum software. Thanks for pointing them out. I looked through there today and didn't even see that too!

I will probably update them to be a tad more user friendly. I swear it seems like most twenty-something programmers are rude as heck. Understandable why we use to keep them in their little offices when I worked at Value America. hehe

I thought most programmers liked to be locked away in little room with their computers, programming nonstop for hous on end? (ooh, pretty cool how I turned a statement into a question, huh?)

Yodaman,
They do. But that might also explain their apparent lack of social skills.

I think the idea of posting rules are mainly for individuals that are akin to the village idiot. I mean, that it's just common sense. Babysitters are for babies, afterall.
While they do have their place, nearly all seem to be on target...posters that is. I have yet to exercise my bossly powers...hmmm...don't give me a reason...LOL, lol...
Please ignor me, I'm attempting to have my post deleted...this is too much fun. :-)

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood???

Hmmm, much fear I sense in you. Grave danger I fear in his train... Oh, wait. I'm not really Yoda. Not enough ear hair I guess...
You know, something about this site is really, really addicting....
I'm currently working on a little story for the naval forums to bring a little activity to that area. I've always thought submarines were cool. And those new trimarans are really neato!

Tread, it's a super cool, sleek, sharp, way out there, kickin it, not so "super new" design concept for the future of naval ships.
That's what you get when I try to paint a picture.
Here's what you get when I realize I can't paint pictures:

Don't you subscribe to Popular Science? They had a nice story on those a while back.
Kencelot, I looked on the PopSci website earlier and couldn't find that article... Oh well, as long as you don't find these other weblinks that I have...

Brothers (and Sister)...I have a confession to make...I am guilty of rule sacrilege
I started a post with the title "You all just have to take a look at this!!" To my only defense I really wanted everybody to take a look at the Ronin, Vince painted. I've understood the errors of my ways, I understood I should have titled the post "You have to take a look at this figure", I beg forgiveness. I only pray you'll show mercy upon my soul....

Hey! So, I have a slight underbite.... If you want to know more about my strict dental care regimen, go to the 'oral care' forum under the 'health and safety' category.

Just kidding about being mad. :-) Picture Yoda beating R2-D2 with his cane!!!
Actually the hair is pretty accurate. Plain 'n' simple, I don't go for all that bleached, spiky look. I prefer my head not to look like a lawn airator...
Thanks Guys!!!!!!!!!
