Great kit. Need to be careful with the basket at the front and the pedel thta it contains, they are very flimsy. It looks good when it is done. Check out Gunnie's. Look under the Gallery tab. It looks great and he gives some good info and tips on building it.

Gunnie's Mule

I built one back in '96. Fun kit, and a good practice subject for learning how to put DML kits together. Brittle and soft plastic, soft detail in places, curious alignment - typical early DML. But - also typical DML - when you get it together and painted it's pretty nice. I got stupid and added a bit more than you get in the box - it even came in as a Runner-Up for a Best of Show in the first contest I took it to. Thought that was amusingly amazing - but the "bigger must be bestest" crowd soon squashed any notion of such a little thing winning Best of Show...

Build it - no - go build two! I also have a linked page with black & white photos of different Mule variants...

Gunnie, I'm impressed by the detail you put in those fuel cans. Nice kit ! I like vehicles that so much lack design that it actually makes them look good !
