Hi guys, here's my entry for the SIKFor build. It depicts a Merlin HC Mk3 of 28 (Army Co-Operation) Sqn, Royal Air Force, stationed at Banja Luka Metal Factory during the Sqns 12 month detachment as part of SFOR. The kit is largely OOB, with the only add-ons being the Airwaves GPMGs and scratch built stretcher installations, stretchers and rescue hoist.

Any comments welcomed

Hi mate. Its a 1:72 kit made by Revell. They do the utility HC3 and the naval MK1 ASW version too. Apparently Panda have promised a 1:35 scale HC3 but it hasn't yet materialised

Hi Joe, I'll have to keep an eye out for you!! Don't forget at night I have NVG and laser to even the score, plus everything has triple redundancy and it's made of Carbon Fibre and Kevlar, so give it your best shot ...... so to speak!!

You fooled me, Shaun.
I thought it was 1/48 scale before reading your post. Nice build.

Cheers
Erik

Thanks Eric. We've spent a lot of time in Norway, mostly Trondheim, Bardufoss and Bergan. May be there again in late Jan / Feb Wish it was 1/48th scale. 1/72 s too fiddly for my over sized fingers!
