Has anyone used atak zimmeret on the DML Tiger Late? I have never used any AM zimmeret and was curious how easy it was to use. Specifically, does it make adding accessories difficult and do you have to have any special tools to clear areas where there are guide holes?

Thanks a lot

Cheers

I have it for the Tamiya Tiger mid. I havent used it yet. Mine has holes for the track cable on the side zim piece. For the rear it includes a complete new rear piece to replace the kit rear. Install seems to be easy enough, time will tell for me. HTH

Hmm.. that's strange. I got mine a couple of days ago and there's no new rear piece included (I assume you mean either F3 or F4)? My kit include two zimmerit pieces to apply to the rear piece.

My kit also have replacement parts for the Gun mantle (E4 or D11) and also two differently 'zimmered' side hatches (E9).

Anyway, I haven't applied it yet but yes, there are small small holes that need to be punched out here and there, but that's very easy. The zimmerit sheet in it self is so thin you can see thru it and the fit seems perfect.

I would recommend it.

Cheers,
Soren
