Ok, as promised, here is what it looks like in the "HOLE" of the Bradley Turret. The 7.62 Coax is mounted in here and you gain access threw the doors from inside the turret. As stated in previous threads, the 25mm spent shells are ejected from the front of the gun mantel, above the barrel as seen in the last picture.

Hope this clearifies the INFAMOUS HOLE questions.

Thanks,

That clears up a lot. Guess I will be popping off my styrene patch. The problem with the kit OOB is that you can look completely into the turret through the hole...

Thanks again,

Shaun

If I remember correctly, the links for the 25mm are ejected out of that gunmetal grey colored rectangular port.

Correct Jeff. Links from there and the shells from the top.

Nice pictures Pete.....
Thanks for posting them..... looks like a super-detailers dream to add that little extra detail.....
OH I glombed the photos, and will probably convince the armor editor to post the in the reference section..... with your permission......

Thanks for naming them so a senile old man can find them again..... LOL

Those are pretty good reference photos. Any chance you can take some more of the little gaps and all and upload it into our resources link here on this site. There are a couple of photos of a Bradley's interior but not merely enough.

I've got plenty in the motor pool gallery.

And on a related note,
Here's a couple photos of a 25mm LAV turret (in this case from a Canadian Coyote) which has a similar set-up. Probably the same for US LAV-25's and Aussie ASLAV's.

Cheers,
Jim
