I proposed on armor forum to start a campaing which subject would be captured vehicles ( link to thread )
Generalzod suggested to include also aircrafts and ships in enemy service so this could be general modeling campaing.
Who would like to take part in such project and what would you like to build?

Hi Marcin!
What a coincidence! JPTRR (Fred Rick Boucher) just suggested me via PM I should build my 1/48 Hasegawa P-40 in Japanese markings (see Fred's post )!?
So that's just what I would do if this campaign runs, a Japanese P-40!

If this campaign is being approved I might join it (again all depends on time)
My subject would be an ex-Dutch Vickers light tank in 1946 in the Dutch East Indies.
These tanks were captured by the Japanese in 1941 and they were used during the allied attack at the island in 1944. The tank shown here was left behind by Japanese forces and then captured and used by Indonesian freedom fighters against the Dutch forces who took control of their colony again.
Later on most of these tanks were recaptured by the Dutch or destroyed by Dutch forces or Indonesian freedom fighters.
Talking about captured vehicles huh? Dutch, Japanese, Indonesian, Dutch again

Hi Jean-Luc,
Sounds good to me!
The other day I sent in my proposal for Finnish Fighters, WWII
In it one could model captured I-16s, LaGG-3, etc.

I am thinking SU-76(i) That was a Russian 76mm SP design based upon the Panzer III hull Hopefully a conversion is still around for that Or a KV-1 in German service Like the version re-armed with a 75mm L/42 gun (++)

This sounds out to be a fun one. I just can't find that pic I just thought of, USMC riding a jap tank. The caption said they were riding a sherman. Gotta find that pic. :-)
