I seem to remember that toward the end of last year, the M26, which has been at the top of many 'want lists' for years had finally made the cut and was going to be produced by a couple of large manufactures. I fact in one forum one of the guys refered to 2005 as the "year of the Pershings".
Here we are in mid-November and none in sight that I know of. Has anyone else heard anything?

I think it was Pegasus that was doing an M26, but have not seen it (or anything other than the Maus) from them yet.

Thanks for the feedback. I have since learned that tracks-n-troops actually produced the M26 this year as a resin kit in two versions. So, added to the planned versions from Pegasus and Trumpeter, that was three Pershing kits announced for this year.. ergo my question..
Problem is, for my personal budget, the tracks-n-troops kit is way out of my range.. sure hope the injection molded ones do actually show up.

Trumpeter will be boxing the Pegasus Maus for Asian distribution. This leads me to believe that the Pegasus Pershing will be the same as the Trumpeter Pershing.

I searched around and found a photo which is evidently taken by a modeler of a Pegasus display at a hobby show early this year. This prototype M26 looks very promising. Now if only it sees the light of day..
