anyone know of any how-to's for making terra cotta roof tiles?

Eddie, I used a method to make my own for the 'Big Shot' dio. I can explain that if thats any help?
Get some modelling clay, I found Daz clay to be the best, and it even comes in the correct colour. Use a cylinder or rolling pin to roll out a thin sheet, less than 2 mm thick. Then use a straight edge to score a grid pattern representing the size of tile you need. Then just allow it to air harden.
If you need curved tiles, after scoring, peel them up and place them on a cylindrical surface to dry.
