No, that was the original version of the Bradley (often referred to as the "A-nothing"). It was phased out during and right after Desert Storm.
Current versions are the M2A2ODS and M2A3.

As Rob stated, it is an older version. If you wanted to convert it, you would need to purchase the M2A2 and M2A2 ODS sprues, new upper hull, and new track from Tamiya. At about $5 per sprue and track, plus shipping, it would be cheaper to get the new Tamiya M2A2 ODS kit, which will build up nicely as a current M2A2 as used in OIF. Tamiya's come with markings for 3ID vehicles in OIF 1 (Invasion) as well.
You can also keep the interior from the Academy kit and drop it right in the M2A2 ODS kit (which no longer comes with an interior) to model an older M2A2 ODS with the individal troop seats. Newer ODS Bradleys have a new layout to the rear compartment that has bench seats along the hull sides, similar to an M113 troop compartment. It was not uncommon to see M2A2 ODS Brads in Iraq with the old style seeting though, not all have been fully upgraded to the latest versions.
