The M931 was what i drove in Iraq rotation 1. We ripped off the top and put a 50 Cal. on top and the frame. I want to make a model in 1/35th scale of this. Does anyone know who sells this vehicle and where i could get the frame for the 50.cal as well.

I believe Accurate Armor makes that model. Look in the subsection "Guntrucks" in the Armor/AFV section of the Forums for info on building that monster.

Italeri has a M923 cargo truck that comes with the MG ring mount. You would need to convert it into an M931 tractor. Don't think anyone makes a conversion for it. It isn't that dificult to make though. I converted one using a 5th wheel from a 1/32 tractor/trailer model, bobbed the rear frame just behind the wheels, cast a copy of the fuel tank for the right side, repositioned the toolbox to the rear deck, and built up the ramps leading to the 5th wheel with sheet styrene. Wasn't too bad. Here is mine:
Here is Dave "Animal" Willet's (our reident truck expert) M931 as well.
Animal's in-progres pics here.
Good luck.
Edit: Looks like Murph beat me to it. Edit.

O, you have to check out Vodnik's M923 truck at his web site: vodnik.net. And click on "Features." His beautiful truck is right there with all the step by step super accuratizing details.
I am working on M923 truck in OIF myself, and it's taking forever b/c so much scratch-building I have to do. Italeri kit is the only one available and it's not the most accurate thing that came out. Wheels included in the kit are far from what the real things look like. Even the resin wheels I got looked all wrong. So I sculpted new tread patterns on resin wheels to make them look more like the current Goodyear patterns. Good luck!

It is pretty easy to convert the M923 Big Foot kit to the M 931.
