Hi all,
I read (after completion of my kit )on Mike's Galope site that the left one was no more used. Can anyone confirm this ? Any pic of the area would be appreciated as most of those I got do not show any MG at all.

If you look at the trade show version, you can see barrels in both ports from both the right and left side.

thanks for the pics. So I'm not that wrong with my model

All the pics I had show the left MG removed and the bow armor smooth. No pic to post here, I'm not at home.

No need Olivier, I know what you are talking about. I have several BMD-D pictures with only the one bow MG and the other side square and smooth. I have not seen any evidence that only one type or the other has been removed from service, so I would imagine that yours, as built, is just fine.
