I have recently finished my Marder III with a base coat of panzer grey.
Now I am stuck. What is the next process of painting? Is it shadowing, washing, or highliting? What colors would I use.? Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks.

did seal your paint with a clear or flat gloss yet? I do this before I start weathering .

Ziggy1 and Annatroop -

First a big "Welcome to Armorama" to you both. For your painting process, it kind of depends on complete and/or how involved you want your painting to be. If your panzer grey is your "base coat" (primer coat) or base for your camoflauge. Adding dunklegelb (dark yellow) over the grey as the base camo coat or as an camo overspray, etc.. Once you completed your paint/camo application, most use a thin coat of Future Acrylic Floor wax to aid the "capillary" effects for applying a series of dark washes to darken recesses and bring out details. Also used as a base to apply decals to take away the "shininess" around them. A Flat Acrylic spray over the decals to protect them from washes, then your washes, and a "dull" coat applied overall before weathering with pastel chalks. A quick and dirty, but go to the Forum posts and reviews to get a more detailed and thorough process. Hope this helps some and enjoy your Armorama experiences,
