I don’t know the 1st thing about airbrushes but now I have one that I think will work.
I have access to this air compressor but I don’t know if it will work for brushing. Also I have no information about the compressor other then it works to blow up tires and to clean things.
Can any one tell me if they see any thing that would be a problem or that I would need to get for it.
If you need ant more information about it let me know and I’ll see what I can do.
Thanks.

I think you'll probably want an inline regulator and a moisture trap ( both available at Home Depot etc.) other than that should be okay.

Hi there Jacob.
Well 1st of all i think you must clean it!Lots of dust on it!
2nd you must find a pressure regulator and a pressure valve! This way you will control the pressure given to your airbrush!
It suits fine for every job having to do on blowing air out of it! :-) :-) :-)
So it won't have a problem with the airbrush!
Just a few details (like above with the valves) and there you go!a nice compressor with lots of air for you painting!
Happy painting!

Yup, should work fine. As Chuck said, an inline regulator will allow you to regulate the air pressure down to the 30 psi and lower needed for airbrushing. The pressure going to the airbrush is the key.

Thanks guys.
I’m going to try to get it out and clean it up some time this week.
I’ll check around the garage for a regulator and if I cant find one I’ll try to get one with a built in water trap.
Hopefully this will get me back into airbrushing by the end of the year.

Thanks Matt. The oils fine in it.
Good luck with that piston. I know they can be a pain.
I’ve found a regulator ( a big one of an old cutting torch but it dose the job.) that I put on the hose and tried it out every thing seems to work fine.
I do still need a moister trap for on it. I’ve got one that’s attached to a broken regulator. I think I can do some work on it and use it.
Thanks for the help guys.
