As for styles, anything up to Bauhaus, functionalism and Art Deco.

Now how many of those can be found depends, among other, on the country you try to depict.

It seems that these images could be printed, cut out, and then pasted onto styrofoam to create a nice little sturdy scene. Is that the normal way it is done? i see people playing this game at a local hobby shop, but do not know how they create their scenics.

checkout the dragonusaonline site. They have some building sets for sale. you may get some ideas from those kits. Aint too badly priced either at 18.95 plus u get some figgies with it.
