i would like to know is he used either m50 ,m51, or any other type sherman in the war of indepence?

Hi Marc,
Donīt know if Dayan drove a WWII vintage Sherman in the independence war, but certainly not a M50 and M51, since those were modified in Israel in late 60īs to improve combat capability against then modern soviet made tanks.....
