Ola, well here we are, Slavica and me are continuing the work on our dio.

I assembled roughly the Miniart building and Sherman (Italeri) is almost done.

Slavica scratchbuilded a piece of furniture for test, it turned out a bit big but i like it and she will make more smaller ones

here are the pics

What do you folks think?

cheers folks

Looking good there!
One point on the Sherman- You have depicted an M4A3 USMC Sherman, which you would have to remove the cylindrical tank off the rear deck, and maybe use rubber block or rubber chevron T48 tracks for a ETO Sherman.
The dresser looks nice for a first try though!
Cheers guys

just a hint on the dresser sensei and Slavica don't try so hard with the rough timber look, as a suggestion just wipe the paint over the wood with a thin stain possibly using an alchol base for the paint (rubbing Alcohol not Vodka) :-)
The draws and rounded edges are great - keep at it - very very well done for first try -
Try doing a measured drawing the reduce it to the right scale using a photocopier and actualy build the model over that

These are just suggestion cause I just want to encourage both of you

Hi Mirko,
this furniture looks really good!
The rest of it it's just too early to say!
It looks promising though and if the rest of the furniture are in the same way i think it will be great!
Keep it up!!
Cheers!

Mirko..as usual you guys continue to make a great team. I really like the chest that Slavica built..It is very nice. Reminds me of an old chest you might find in an antique shop. I too can't wait to see more from Slavica. She is progressing rapidily in her skills.

Cheers to you both.. (++)

Mirko and Slavica -

Diorama progress looks like it's coming along. As promised, I'll have those resin figures (couple Warriors GIs and the Alpine Panzerschreck team) out to you in mail by the weekend. Really like the details your working on for building. Keep us posted,
