Just found them on
http://www.smugmug.com . This Humvee belongs to the USMC 1st Recon Battalion. IMHO, it could be the subject of a low-cost project : no need for aggressive pattern tires, ASK armor set, hi-back seats or updated gun ring.....Only a scratchbuilt mount for the .50 MG
Enjoy !

Hey, Henri!
As always, you give us some superb photos!
I especially love the marine on the .50. Is he trying to be a "Beastie Boy" with his sunglasses and gang sign fingers? Hee hee hee. :-)
Happy modeling!

Im guessing peak hour traffic is of no concern hence why the side mirrors were taken out? Side indicator lights were painted over for better concealment at night as well. I guess anything goes when it comes to the humvee.
Thanks for the photos Frenchy, these are going into my reference folder.

Thanks for the link Frenchy,
Jeremy, just a side note the wing mirrors were taken off to stop the vehicles reflecting and giving away their position to the enemy
