Am building the Trumpeter sturer emil,and just test fitted the fighting compartment to see how well it fits.should the compartment sit flush with the 2 rear blocks?
does this look right
i want to get it right before its glued together.
what am looking for is a technical drawing so i can work off that.

Hi Karl,
You are doing it right. You just need to make sure the side armor need to fit firmly so the welding structure (the side arches from hull) is completely covered. The bottom of the rear standing block need to be paralelled (not flushed) with the bottom of the side armor. It's little tricky but doable.
Here's a picture of mine. It's little hard to see...but if you notice the rear side fender is slightly slanting downwards. I hope this helps
