I am planning a dio of a STAB boat doing a high speed pickup of a SEAL in a river in the 'NAM. As a Navy vet I've seen a lot of water but I understand that the water in Vietnam could appear almost red brown the boat will be churning the water hard so the water's gonna be muddy! Any brownwater sailors out there? Any pics or links or direction would be very appreciated!

Do a google search on Stab boats and you will get approx 654 000 hits. Can't promise you they all work :-) , but it was easy to find info of the river warfare during the Vietnam war.

I've seen pics that have it from a Murky light brown to a almost MUD looking red brown

From brown to very dark red brown.
