I'm having a very hard time locating a Zimmerit kit for DML Panther, or any other Panther for that matter. Would a Late A have zimmerit? Am I looking " up the wrong tree?

Hi,
Late A's nearly all had zimmerit. I'd suggest using Atak if putty method doesn't tempt.

Here is the Eduard PE set as applied to my DML early A. I am suprised that you cannot locate a suitable zim set for the Panther as they are virtually listed on every vendor site on this home page?????

ATAK actually offers two different styles of zim for the late A, both designed for the Dragon kit. Try Models by Mickster, that's where I got mine.

Well to be honest, I was loking for Cavalier Zimm. It's all I've ever used. Heard a lot of good things about Atak tho', might spend the extra 10 USD. Thanks for the help guys.

Cavalier makes an A set. If you get on ebay, and call up cavalier in the military models section, After you scroll through what is offered for bid, there is a section below of buy it now. There is an offering of a Panther A early for DML. It might require a bit of tweaking, but it only runs around $15. I was looking for a Panther D and contacted the vendor who ordered it for me and should get it in and then will sell it to me. I also talked him into joining Armorama, so hopefully he'll start posting, he is quite knowledgeable about zimmerit as well as selling it .

Hi Ryne,
You can try Alpenflage Hobbies, USA as I am sure they stock Cavalier.
