I found a "funny" tiger picture on this site: http://www.alanhamby.com/gallery2.html
The picture shows a early tiger, but.... when I look at the drivers visionslot, it look like you can see trough the tank and see the fence in the background, AND behind the tiger on the right hand behind the fence is what look very much like a modern car - like a ford fiesta.
Anybody knows the history of this picture ?

Could it be the Tiger that used to be at Aberdeen PG and has moved to Germany and now the UK? Paintwork looks modern and the vehicle in the background looks strangely like the back end of an M88 ARV.

This Tiger is an early twin pistol port model, which was on display at Aberdeen the the U.S.A, and is now at the Auto Technik Museum in Sinsheim Germany.
This was one of two intact Tigers captured in North Africa in 1943
Mr Mox you are correct, that is the fence you can see through the drivers vision slot ,the turret and hull have been cut away to show the inside while on display.
At a guess I would say this picture was taken on the way to the museum in Germany,as the big vehicle in the back ground looks like an ARV towing it backwards.
Hope this helps

I does, alot!
Just got a bit curious when I spotted the photo, the Sinsheim history is very likely.

BTW in picture 2, the "crew" are actually a group of commanders from SS Sch Pz Abt 502, I believe the middle figure is Willi Fey.
