As a birthday present (yes the number is slightly classified) I was able to procure the Academy 1:25th Panther G Late Version. On first review, I find the model a wonderful opportunity to work on my painting and weathering techniques. Having said so, I am looking for any comments and/or concerns related to building this kit. First off, I was wondering if there are any aftermarkets of the gun as I really don't want to deal with seams if possible. Additionally, I am looking at two other areas I am looking for experience in... those being (1) painting and weathering of the tracks (I intend this to be an Argonne 1945 represenation) as well as (2) the painting and weathering of the tools (I usually paint them 'steel' then apply a blackish pastel but haven't been satisfied yet). Any comments or recommendations on this Panzer would be most welcome. Thanks!
