I've looked at a bunch of pictures of the Pnzr IV h with schurtzen and I can only spot zimmerit on the front glacis plate and the gun mantlet. Where else would they have put it? I have never seen schurtzen with it other than what seemed to be field applied which I don't plan to emmulate.

Hey Steve ...Don't forget the rear plate as well...The rest seems to be zimmerit free..

The rule of thumb is "where a magnetic mine could be stuck", but not horizontal surfaces (this is obvious - the mine doesn't need to stick, could just be lobbed on, same goes for areas cluttered by tools etc). Well in this case the hull sides are really obscured by the schurtzen, the turret sides also. So it just comes down to glacis plates, turret front & hull rear plates, & photographic sources seem to confirm this.
