Finally got some new pictures taken of my WWII Dio.
The figures aren’t glued down yet but are in about the place I plane on keeping them.
As you can see the figures aren’t finished yet and I still have a few more to make.
Anyway let me know what you think so far.

Interesting layout jacob... The snow looks interesting, it looks a bit like whip cream.... What did you use to make them?
Are you planning to put a vechile in this dio? It looks like the soldier is in real shock..

Jacob
Just be careful how much blood you put into the scene (with those half bodies inside the building) :-)
Seriously though you are off to a great start. I too would like to know what you have used for the snow.

Thanks guys.
Actually the “snow” is the start of piles of rubble. I didn’t want to get to far into the rubble until I have the Germans finished.
I made them out of watered down compound putty. The stuff used to patch holes in walls. After I have the figures complete I’ll mix some more up with some color added to it and add it on top of what I have.
I’m also making some bricks out of the stuff that I can break up and add to the putty.
I was originally going to add a disabled halftrack but dropped that idea a while back.
I still have 3 more Germans and 2 Americans to add.
