Hi
Im looking for some printouts of commercial drinks bottle box's to use in my OIF humvee. Im thinking of perhaps a box full of evian bottles or Hayat bottles, Im making some drinks bottles from scratch but just need a cut out to make the box's. I saw the Pete (EPI) had some drinks bottle box's in his humvee. If there is no online source or noone has a printable set then were might I be able to purchase an AM set.

Cheers
Rob

If you can still find them, Extra Detail had some too, and they where more current.

The other way to get them is the same way I did, I got a file from one of the guys here on the sight, but I can't remember his name. Gino said it might of been Marcelo.

Accurate Armour carries them, along with clear/colored bottles.

I haven't tried this, but since they are made by Gino (HeavyArty) they will probably work just excellent (and they are free).

Those look nice. Does anyone have some of these? I never heard of Rock Miniatures before... I like the Humvee placards as well.

Mario.

Glad you guys like the boxes.

Klaus, Yours look pretty good, but your boxes are way too big. The MRE boxes should be about 13mm long, 7mm tall, and 7mm wide. Soda boxes are about 9mm long, 6mm high, amd 4mm wide. You have the concept right, but need to shrink them down some more.

Good luck.

I know they look big Gino, itīs because I made them in 2 sizes: one as you said and others bigger, so I can place some of the smaller boxes inside the big ones. A very used way of packaging here. :-)

I guess I got some pics of both of them togheter, but I canīt find them

cheers

I guess that is a technique, not how soda boxes nor MREs are actually packed, but whatever works for you.

Hello Klaus,

I got your PM message and just replyed it

As Gino said, the boxes are too big! You used my file boxes, that you may had received by email from some friend.

But they are bigger than originalm, yes... but if they work good for you bigger than the original file boxes, no problem!

Bye, and nice model!!!
