I'm looking for OIF Figures for a futere project that I have in mind today. So if Ya'll good give me some Ideas and recommandations as to what you think is the best, then Please let me know. Also web sites would be helpful. For an Example would the last two pics work ok for OIF at this Wed site?

I just wish that these things would not be so costly. Thanks for the help.

Yes, the Nemrod HMMWV crew would work.

Warriors also does some in resin. The Dragon "Modern Marines" could be converted to fit as well.....

Those will work Cam.

Here is another:

Think-180 Studio

Warriors has several new sets representing Marines. Two sets of tankers, and a set of Hummer crews:

VLS/Warriors

Verlinden has a bunch also:

Verlinden

Check out the Reviews section under figures for some of these.

There's the Think-180-Studios modern figures:

And besides the Dragon US Marines, there's also the Trumpeter Modern US Marines (Item# 00407) and ICM US Elite Forces in Iraq (Item# 35201). The last two I picked up through E-Bay for cheap. Good luck.

You can also use any of the older, ODS-era Dragon figures and swap out their torsos for some with IBA vests (Dragon, Trumpeter, or resin ones) and use them as OIF Soldiers as well.

Lots of possibilities out there.

ICM US Elite Forces in Iraq (Item# 35201).

These are not really modern figures as far as OIF goes. They are wearing old PAGST vests and have M16A1s and M60MG. They are really on par with ODS-era Dragon figures in quality and gear. You could swap torsos for IBA clad ones, as stated above, and change out their weapons, and you would have some descent OIF Soldiers as well though.

Hi
You have a fare amount to choose from now in terms of OIF figures. As EPI said there are some warriors, Verlinden and Think 180, theres also 2 sets from Nemrod of Humvee crews. Blast models have a growing range of figures- particulaly useful if you wish to depict Army figures-as the warriors figures are marines, the Blast figures are very good in terms of detail and pose and are some of the best available. There are a number of sets from Hobby fan aswell including a couple of box's of Marines and vehice crews-some say they cost a bit but no diffrence in price compared to Warriors and you get a base in HF sets.
Like Gino has said there are also the Dragon modern marines which are a good starter, detail is a little soft when compared to thir resin counterparts but with a good paint job and the addition of some new heads for definate, they would look great.

Juts type in the company names in google to get the websites.
Hope this helps
