Hi, I see on the PMMS site today that in the section of New Model News that the Trumpeter Locomotive has a (December) marked next to the picture. Does this mean that it may be coming out this month, at least over in the Far East? I had heard earlier that it would be March 2006. Just wondering if anybody else has heard anything on this kit.

Thanks and take care, Sgirty

Yes, the BR 52 is a WW2 era German steam engine. It is fairly large (a 2-10-0 I believe). Hopefully the kit also has the tender. Squadron has a pre-order price of around $145. Dragon used to have a whole series of 35th scale rail cars that could go with it, but I think most of those are out of production. None of them came with "track" so someone else (Verlinden I believe) produced that. Expect a resurgence or re- issue of all that stuff, but the engine with 4 or 5 cars is around 10 feet long
