I don't know about the accuracy of the UK gear for OpTelic. but I hope it can pass.

Nice work on the camo Mondo. Quite a dynamic scene. Sorry I know you're looking for a title but just a very small nitpick. You could really bring out the brick wall which is acting as your backdrop by doing a wash and a bit of highlighting. Just a thought though.

As for the title depending where your focus is on (either the dead insurgent or the running men), perhaps:

Based on the shouting officer/sargeant:
1. Move It!
2. Get going ladies this ain't no tour.

Based on the dead insurgent:
1. The End to a Long Day
2. See No Evil
3. Bad day at the Office

The last one is a bit of black humor though and may be considered bad taste by some.

I am just throwing something out here, but how about "No time to waste".

G-luck.

I really should've washed the bricks. The insurgent is actually from DML's Vietcong. Just modified a little bit.

Mondo -

How about something like; "Next?" or "Threat eliminated...Move on!"

I would suggest a British term of scoring a point or winning a game of soccer / cricket.
