Looks pretty good. A good start. Here are a few things I see though. The tracks on your Panther are way too clean. They would at least have some snow in them and should be weathered with some light rust. Also, they came from the factory in a dark, rusty brown primer color, so they shouldn't be gunmetal as molded. The Panther also looks out of place with a complete Dark Yellow undercoat, it would most likely have camo on it. On the Sherman, the rear idler looks like unpainted plastic. What is all the stuff inside the hull as well? It would look better with a turret on it. Otherwise, you need to add an interior to it. I wouldn't leave all the Soldiers' gear on top of the tank if I was trying to hide either. It looks out of place. Looks like it is coming along well. Keep working at it and it will be great.

I like what you are going for here, but it does not look completed to me.
The rear idlers on the destroyed tank isnt even painted, nor is the gear on the back of the destroyed tank. Where is the turret?
The spare tracks on the front hull of the panther look way out of place, like you just glued them on there, and they are very slanted. I dont know why there is moss on the roadwheel of the tiger, as the ground seems pretty well covered by the snow.
I also think that the building looks a bit funny, like it was whitewashed, I've never seen snow gather up on the side of a building like that, maybe some flakes in the cracks, but nothing that major.
The figures kneeling, look, well, not that great at all. Why are they painted white, I can understand the helmets being painted white, but I've never seen nor heard of white wash uniforms.
I think that a lot more time and attention to detail could have been used in this diorama, sorry if my comments seemed a bit on the harsh side, they're not intended to be that way.
I think that you could still continue working on this diorama, and make it great.

There is some good work there. Are you sure these are the right pics? There seems to be a lot of incomplete work for a completed dio. The Panther tracks, the gun and gear and the back of the Sherman and the wheels on the Sherman

Welcome back Scott. Haven't seen you around the Amorama neighbourhood in a while. Is this the dio you were working on when you were last here.
Hope to see more of your work soon.

The weathering looks good. But I also agree some of it does not look finished. But it looks good.

Hi Scott... some points you might want to work on.
1. Apply more snow to cover the base of the structure. Otherwise, that structure looks like it's "floating".
2. Weather the Panther Tracks a bit more with snow.
3. Paint up the idler wheels of the Sherman, cover snow on the equipments on the Sherman.
Other than that, I think you did a great job weathering the Sherman.
HTH..

I agree with several of the comments from Mech Mechanic.... the building treatment is a bit confusing... it appears you were going for a snow build-up, but there is not much accumulation at the base. Likewise, the white uniforms are a bit of a stretch.
On the otherhand - I like the whitewash affect applied to the skirts of the Panther Ausf A. These quick camo jobs were often done with rags or a broom brush in the field, and were far from smooth finishes... so your rendition looks quite accurate.
The build up of snow looks good on the sherman, but it appear that it has been there a while, so perhaps the tools should be removed (use a razor knife). Likewise there would be some visable interior details in the sherman pit, even with the large accumulation of snow. Perhaps a bit more visible rust on the sherman would also be appropriate.
