Hi guys,
I have a favor to ask. It's for a friend of mine in my model club. He doesn't have internet access right now so I'm posting it for him.
He needs the instruction sheets for a Italeri Hummer Command Vehicle kit.
If you have it and can scan it for me/him, I'd really appreciate it.
You should be able to email it to me through the site.
Thanks in advance,
craig

I've got several of them, but won't be able to get to copy/scanning the instructions until this weekend. If you still need them by then, let me know.

I made a scan, don't know how good it is as my stuff is kind of dated. Give me an email address an I'll try to get them attached to a file. f that doesn't work, let me know and send a "snail mail address and I can mail them out to you. It is really a simple kit to construct.

Hi guys,
My thanks to all of you
I told my friend what a good bunch of people we have here. You're just proving me right.
For those that offered to mail them to...thank you but I wouldn't want anyone to be out any money for this.
For those that offered to scan them, I'll send you my email addres via a PM.
Steve, I had one of the Italeri Hummers years ago and I seem to remember it being pretty simple. But my friend is normally a car builder. You'd think that would translate over well enough but I think the kit has him spooked. He thought the kit was missing the rest of the engine parts until I explained that it was probably just the bottom supplied and the hood wouldn't open up.
Again, my thanks and thanks from my friend too.too.

You CAN add an engine and make the hood open and closed to show it off, but it's quite a bit of work. The CMK resin engine for the hummer is terrific, but when you install it you have to grind out the inside of the kit hood considerably, as well as grind off part of the air cleaner to make it close. I scratch built some hinges and used thin wire for the pins so you can lower the brush guard, and open the hood, or close it.
