As for legal drinking age in the US, yes, its 21.
ma ma mate, for us at Carlo High...you need to be 18 to buy it, but there isnt any age restriction to drink it!...

Hey all Im 18, and about the beer thing, I dont like it and I will never drink it. I work with the local Sheriff's office and have been to alot of crashes that were caused by drinking, and in many of them people have died...sometimes even kids younger that some of you. I dont want to drink because of that. Every time I think of beer it makes me think of the beer and blood smell at all the crash sites. Dosnt make beer sound good to me. Make shure you think about what could happen to you or someone else because of the beer, even if its "just one beer"- thats all it takes. So like I said think before you drink.
Sorry to write so long, its just a touchy subject for me.

Beer... the only 'beer' I'll ever drink is A&W's Root Beer.
I've never tasted 'real' beer... the smell is bad enough to tell me to avoid it! Besides, I've seen many people get drunk and make a complete @** of themself in public. That will never be me.

Maybe Armorama needs a Junior Modelers Club?
I am certainly open to it.
Cheers,
Jim

Wow Euan... you have certainly resuscitated an old thread here. What's funny is most of the 'kids' who posted in this thread are all grown up now. Vlady is like 20!
But don't feel bad. Welcome to the site and yes there are some younger modelers who frequent these forums. I think some of them are just too shy to post on here because the site is now so much larger and well known than it was back in 2002/03. The shouldn't be though. Come on you other younger modelers... say Hi!
