You can also google for RailRoad scenery or backdrops for RR layouts. I have seen some of these around.

one of the best scenery backgrounds that i have found,and this is the best time to get old ones cheap,is calenders of of landscapes cities,etc.

from the commercial sign on the left side, the architecture of the houses and the name of the picture (***bilzen*), i think that this is not a german city , but the town Bilzen in Belgium.
The photo may be ok for your needs, but as the commercial sign is not in german, you may rethink your choice.
Take a look on EBAY.de (search for "Ansichtskarten", and then "Deutschland") . You will find what yo need.

hi mantas. are you thinking of putting your model with the background pic? if so, i'm afraid the pic is not suitable due to its high viewpoint. IMO, to get the proper perspective, try looking for pics at eye/ground level ....
