Hi if you are building the Trumpeter KV 1 1939 - L 11 early gun version , here are a few tips to watch out for . All the detail on the front and rear of the turret needs to be removed this is the welded rings and strips either side of the trunion bulges . This is only for the early first production 1939 . Note do not remove the welding rings on the turret top Leave Well Alone .
There is no machine gun fitted to the front of the hull only the plug provided is needed . So no welded splash guard either.
Lastly the armoured collar round the turret rear machine gun needs removing and there is no second extra armoured cover . Just the half ball .
