I'm getting DMLs new 3 in 1 late Tiger, and I'm just wondering if it would be correct historically to do it without zimmerit. I've read that Tiger production ended in August 1944, and zimmerit application stopped in early September. Is it possible that some Tigers did not recieve zimmerit?
Thanks, and merry Christmas!

I posted the same question a while back, and the overall concensus was that no late Tigers came off the assembly line without zimmerit. There where some mid production Tigers repaired and sent off into the fray with metal road wheels without zimmerit, giving the illusion of late zimmeritless Tigers.
Never say never, but in this case you might want to apply some paste...
