I don't know much regarding braille scale or German armor at that, but I do have an Eduard PE set for the Esci Pz IV G (I think?). Don't know why I have it, but I seem to think that it came with sprockets. I can check when I get home. I do know that my Eduard PE set for my 1/72 scale Sherman did come with sprockets.

A Polish? company called Part makes p/e tracks and other sets (including zimmerite) for the Panzer IV. Here's a link to one supplier,
