Greetings Gentlemen,
Just cracked open new kit: Dragon M4A3 (76)W V V S S Sherman (Battle of the Bulge), and I was wondering if anyone has built this kit and has any warnings or suggestions about it.
Best Regards and Thank You, Robert

I don't have the kit but I know that DML failed to remove the oval covers on the rear deck. They were not part of the late M4A3s at all.

This is an oversight from their M4A2 hull.

Also, the weld seam around the upper hull should be raised welds rather than the trench that DML has done.

Nonetheless, there are lots of nice features.

Duly noted. The quote is from Monty Python The Holy Grail I believe, .....I sat thru it twice in the theatre(back to back) when I was in the fourth grade.

Robert- The kit goes together well, only my exhaust deflector was a little skewiff... think it was just my kit though...Added some putty on the left front of the turret wall where it seems (to me) to have too big a bulge around the cover plate there... Added a little more texture to the turret only also...
Cheers
Brad
Oh, and make sure you use bogey housings with the upswept return roller arms...
