Today replaced the pictures for bether ones

Hey all!

Long time since I worked on my model. Now, with the christmas days off and the deadline coming along, I worked the last detail.

It's my Polish army SFOR BRDM:

Hey Paul

Nice build. I always like a pic of the real beast with it.
But I don't know if you did the periscopes of the vehicle in some kind of way?? The look a little bit green.

Hey Roel,

Thanks!
I did give the periscopes some dark black-blue-isch colour, but I think they are became too matt and could use some extra gloss to come out more.

Hey paul

That's a start. To make them shine a little you could use a shiny colour. Or paste a piece of photo negative on it if you understand. Much easier to explain in dutch than in english
If you like you can visit my website Chose the dutch page and under the "tips" section you find an article on how to make periscopes.

Greetings and cheers Roel

Thanks for the nice comments!

BTW: great tip Roel; I'm hunting for some old negatives now (must have them somewhere). Perhaps I alter the periscopes that way. It just looks great! Nice website also!
