We all know Ron Volstad and his beautiful boxart. In the past I have always purchased US infantry and tanks so I was familiar with the equipment colors. Anything I didn't know was probably Olive Drab.
However recently I purchased a German figure set and Soviet figure set. On the drawings there are a number of paint color codes. I cannot seem to find any cross reference to the names of these colors. I even tried to Google GSI Creos Corp, one of the company names on the instruction sheets and got either Japanese characters or dozens of subsidiaries unrelated to models.
Is there a code key to all these color numbers?

The colors on all (at least what I've seen) dragon kits refer to Gunze sangyo's and Testor's paints, but only figure kits don't tell what they're called. The two numbers on top are gunze's colors and the bottom ones are testor's.
