Hi Kyo-Jin
I would go for this one:
Hansa 581
It is a dubbel action airbrush and very easy to use. I tried it and I it was a real joy to use. Ask Hilbert for his opinion because he has one. it is a good AB for agood price, 89 euro.
Go to Airbrush Almere :

I know, it is located in Holland but they send worldwide.
Good luck with your choise

You can get an Iwata HP-B at www.buynails.com for 95.95. A HP-C for 99.95. I do not know if they ship International.

Currys.com has the Iwata Revolution CR kit on for $80 cdn right now. Just bought one, not had time to try it out yet... nicely made AB, looks like a steal for the $$.
