Well here is the start of this beast.....

Installation of the motors and the trany

The process of building the HVSS begains....

All the bogies and drive sprokects are now on....

Sub frame done and painted test fitting the tracks....

Testing the suspension..

The kits light covers were ugly so I decided to make my own..Along with brass grab handles and periscope covers...

Something else that was missing was the pins for the fuel caps so i made those out of brass as well..I have the chains for the fuel caps but i just havent put them on yet...

Now to the tools....I decided to go crazy so I am making all the leather straps and tool holds from scratch...

The next thing will be the insides.......oh ya this baby is goin to be full R/C. I am waiting for the brass barrel to come which should be here any day. Then I will start on the turret which needs alot of work...But I will keep you all informed as I go..

you're gonna love it.I built the same one 2 years ago.take your time.Prime the metal sections before the color coat.I would suggest prepainting as much as you can before major assembly,it will be a challenge to get into the nooks and crannies around the suspension units.

It's looking good Rob. John was telling me about it.
Thanks for the Hetzer.
