Not lying to you, I believe Badger still make the tire adaptor. You would fill up your inner tube at the local gas station, and then bring it home and use it. You could also pump it up with the old fashion hand pump/bicycle pump. I haven't seen or heard of this method in years though, and have never used it.

Yes, you can use inner tube or an old tire. I used to use them when was young. I couldn't afford an air compressor then. Badger has an tire ring adapter that fits the aircan adapter. You can refill air on the tires by using automobile tire compressors or just use a bicycle pump. Lot's of exercise to use the bicycle pump :-)

I've heard of this method too but I can't say I'd like to try it. :-)
