For me I like the Tamiya NATO black, it looks very realistic compared to armoured vehicles I have worked on.
I think the Tamiya NATO green is a good match, but I think the NATO Brown is a little too light.
I prefer Polly S NATO Tricolor Brown as a close match to NATO Brown. Polly S NATO Tricolor Green is also a very good match.

The Gunze paints are not flat, more of an egg-shell to a semi-gloss, where as the Tamiya and the Polly Scale ones are dead flat paints, for that reason, I stay away from Gunze (that and they take longer to dry)

Any modern US or NATO equipment used in the last 15 years will most likely sport this type of camo scheme.
This stuff certainly doesn't collect dust on my shelf, 9 times out of 10, its the reason I go to my local hobby shop.
BTW, I use the Tamiya 3 Color. For a time, I used the Polly Scale, but it tends to clog my air brush and prevents me from doing a more detailed, finer camo paint job. The residue from the Polly paints would, over time, gum up my airbrush, the Tamiya paints are much easier to clean out.

Just darken the Tamiya NATO brown with some Tamiya NATO black....experiment a bit until you get what you want.

If you can get Testors Model Master paints, they are the perfect FS# match for 3-color NATO camo. I prefer their enamel ones. I like to substitute Field Drab for the Military Brown though, since it is more faded and looks more like the vehicles I have served on.
Here are the colors:
Flat Black, FS# 37038
Medium Green, FS# 34102
Field Drab, FS# 30118
If yo prefer the more red-brown: Military Brown, FS# 30117
