Hello everyone,
This is my latest model; a 1/35th scale WWII German Flakpanzer - 3.7cm Flakzwilling 44. A planned anti-aircraft vehicle base on the Panther Ausf G hull. As usual some minor modifications work were done and home made improvements were added on as well
thank you

Not much to criticize there Yswong! Very, very nice indeed.....you've weathered this almost to perfection....well to my taste at least. Well done. I hope you're going to enter it in the MoM?

It's always a huge pleasure to look at your work. I really like the subtile weathering effects.

What will be your next build?

Cheers!

Once again you're an inspiration! Absolutely love your work (and subjects!). Could you go into some detail as to how you achieve the subtle chipped paint effect?

Ola Coca....

Well not much more to say then truely impressive. What I like from your projects is the really neat and subtle weathering. May I ask how long it takes you to reach this fantastic finish on your models.

Great job. Looking forward to your next vehicle. What it may be.... Maybe a Panzer 1 would be a cool thing

I'm with Mike, how'd you do the subtle paint chipping? Looks like maybe you took a sponge and dipped in steel coloured paint and dabbed it everywhere for the small chipps, then used a brush for the larger chipping?
This is one beautiful piece!

Wow as Vinnie mentioned, you pretty much nailed the weathering down to a tee. Looking at the close up photos, you could easily mistake it for the real thing. When that happens you know the weathering is superbly done.

yswong, i really think you should write articles on your build and share your methods so that people like myself could learn it.

Superb job!

Hi guys thank you;
rv1963 - I used airbrush for the camo color.

jurjen - I love to do a russian tanks, in fact I have a Tamiya IS3 awaiting in my pipe line.

Faust - I think I took about 8 man hours to achieve this result, and my next build will be a late Jadgpanther.

Kelly & woodstock74 - yes right kelly, you are absolutely right, I used sponge for the effected.

Thank you

I'm Coo Coo for Coca's work! :-) I love the weathering and the colors. What a cool subject too, the vehicle looks massive, deadly and very noisy when fired. The figure really puts things to scale, wow.

Your work never seizes to amaze me.
beautiful paintjob and beautiful weathering. Figure loks great as well.

In the progress pictures, it clearly shows that you have added some white stuff, for texturing. What did you use there and how did you apply it?
