I saw one out of the box on sprues. It looks like a marvelous little Bradley. Here's hoping they come out with a Linebacker and B-FIST version. I plan on picking up a couple when I get home.

Since it's semi related, here's two questions:
I picked up Tamiya's 1/35 Bradley last week - the kit looks like a beauty! Is the interior missing any obvious details? Or is an aftermarket set needed for realism?
One more thing... I saw an Ertl (yes, AMT Ertl) M1A1 Abrams at the hobby store, and was wondering about the quality of the kit. The price alone tells me if it's worth it or not. (and for $31, it's telling me to get the Tamiya kit instead... )

Besides, the majority of my Bradley time was in the M3 and not the M2.
Hey, Sabot, besides the deletion of the firing ports, what else do I have to do to make a good M3. (Not the interior stuff..I just don't have that kind of time!).
BTW, my two cents, I always enjoy your posts. Your background and knowledge as an Armor officer and modeler lend an awful amount of credability to ArmoramA.

Yoda and M60,
I definatley dont want to run over Robs toes on this one. Especially since he gets to play with all the cool toys still. But If you guys have any more questions on the Bradley, feel free to ask me too. My dad was a 19D(Cav Scout) when he was in and myself still works on the TOW on the Bradley. I know that vehicle like the back of my hand.
M60, Add the anti skid surface over the model. Thats the only thing I think that lacks from the kit.
As far as the 1/72 Bradley, I'm working on one right know, and it is beutiful. It looks like a minature Tamiya Bradley.
By the way, if you all are interested, Prieser makes 2 sets of 1/72 modern US soldiers. There are about 12 figures in each set in different poses. Ask you train guy at your hobby shop about Prieser figures since that is what they are used mainley for.

I thought Pete had some info for you. I have one inbound in a Model Expo order that got to my house yesterday. I'll see what it looks like more closely on Saturday. I thought the details I saw when it was still on sprues at a local shop were finely done. It's what spurred me to order one (the one at the shop was already bought by a worker there and he was showing me the kit--yes, he offered me the kit but I was heading out of town at the time so there was no hurry).Dont ya just hate it when someone posts something and it gets turned into a different subject?
Yeah, thread hijacking is common at Armorama. At least you got some information before and after the thread went astray.
P.S. my offending threads have been removed.

I appologize ZACH for getting off the subject.
Like I said before, the kit is like a minature of the Tamiya kit. The sprues are done very well with no flash what so ever. DO BE CAREFULL WITH THE BARREL. I brike mine but managed to fix it. The kit is going together very well, with virtually no filling. The only problem I had with the kit, are the decals. Although they are good, the KFOR decals are incorrect. It gives you two vehicles from Desert Storm, on from the 3rd INF DIV and one from the 3rd ACR. Unit designation for the KFOR vehicle(KFOR USA), I've never seen before.
I recommend the kit and with the Prieser figures I mentioned, you can make a nice little dio.
P.S. Sorry again for going off subject.
