Mounts varied a lot, but that one looks like the basic one you would find.

Just found this thread. the mini gun mounts were home made at best. There were no set rules for the mounts. The one you have there should be good. I have seen some on the triangle mount like yours as well as just a steel pipe welded and bolted to the side of the armor plate. Here is a photo of the Mighty Mini gun truck with a mount something like yours.
The Mafia also had a three legged triangle mount on the rear.

Thanks Dave. What thickness of stryene do I use for the armour. .030 or .040.

For most I use .030 or .020. Most boiler plate we had was 1/4" to 3/8" thick. So you can use the .030 with out any problems.

Justt a note... .030 is about 1" plate.....(for rivet counters)
