murdo: the grills are made with evergreen strips, you have to turn the section from a square section to a triangle section, place the strip between two rectangular strips leaning on one edge/corner and scrape the opposite edge right to stop on the rectangular strips, you have now triangular strips, cut and glue

when i started this project in 2004 i have no plans, i used cad software to build up a 3d model, using lateral frontal and rear photos as plans, with this 3D i can obtain the form of the armor plates of the model, then i print this in paper and glue it on a polystyrene sheet, then i cut and glue it,
I no use laser, only fingers, a drill, a sharped blade and the most important machine... patience

¿what photo are you talking about? the last is a hatch, there is no cuts on it, the rounded shape is made by gluing square section strips to the main body.
