Ok lost the eagle and arch, will do something else there.
Worked on the map room, wallpapering bites the hog, can't see the pattern on the pics. too much, but its straight and the seams and pattern meet, - l.o.l.
Took the " Gone With the Wind " columns away from the front of the bldg. and will use horiz. concrete supports instead.
Thanks fer lookin - Cheyenne
Also couldn't resist messin - round and posing the para in the hall.

Youre progress is really nice. The map looks cool looking threw the window. Were are you getting all youre balsa or bass wood. The Hobby Lobby I use acts like they hate to mess with adding the stuff up.
Keep up the excellant work.

Murat, I just realised that I've been trading posts with someone whos work I prize highly.
I've been a follower of your work and didn't realise it.
May I ........ The 109's are my favorite.
The Famo and blocked tunnel I was actually using as my personal computer wallpaper.
Henk, wallpaper first Fat Croc 2nd, l.o.l.
Dunno on my puter it's a little fuzzy [ it's not the croc ].
The wallpaper on the door was a suggestion by a friend who is a 30's and 40's nut, he claims pocket doors and regular doors where done like that alot.
Keenan, my hobby store loves me, balsa & basswood is getting expensive, [ I do trade shark & tuna trips for discounts tho ].

Cheyene,
Nice work on the building. Looks great as usual.
One question for ya; Who makes the para figure that you used? Resin or plastic?
Regards
Matt

Looks really good. Only thing I don't like is the clock on the wall in the map room. It looks as though it is printed onto the wallpaper. It is too flat. Other than that, it looks great.

All right cocker
I loved the eagle i wanted it bigger...lol great job on the additions very nice touch with the wallpaper and the map, regards the clock iam sure you didnt paint that on the wall and i can see sort of a shadow on the one side, I think the pic makes it hard to see ,i think its a nice touch and the Germans were sticklers for time if it has a wood surround no doubt it has, a little wood stain would give it the old office clock look but there again you were going to do that any way .
I have a new screen saver to has to be done .
Cheers Chris

Great work, this is really starting to come together. The clock looks good to me. I think the photograph does nothing for it. I would ask if there is a piece of plastic over it to simulate glass? Love the Para figure... I am extremly interested in that figure could you tell me more about it?

Cheyenne, I see you are at it again. And WOW what an addition. I love the map room, this building is really coming to life. Have you thought anymore about changing the pillars? Also by chance did you get my pm? Cheers Kevin

Its looking good. I really like the maproom. There is already some sort of atmosphere in the building, though it hasn't painted yet.
Nice update

Very Cool. I can't say I miss the eagle (sorry). I was thinking - if you want an emblem why not get one of the flat sheild like emblems. One with the narrow spread wings (kinda like an US airmans wings) and put it on the existing middle arch/brace.
I really like the map.

Kevin, thanks, the pillars are nixed and will brace the front balcony with horiz. masonry block.
Yes I got your p.m. and sorry I didn' t get back to you right away, basketball practice, games, cheerleading, Girl Scouts, etc. - any day anytime after 7p.m. E.S.T.
Thanks, Simon, Prato and Luke, Scott I'm thinking about the eagle like the one you mentioned and will likly do something like that.
Right now I'm thinking about a 4th floor with an observation deck on the left side over the radio room and some sort of skylight area above the map room.
Still have furniture and radios etc. left to do but I'm having fun changing this, trying that, constantly asking the wife & kids what they think.
Thanks again - Cheyenne
OOPS - forgot any of you guys know what kind of antenna arrangements I should use on top of the radio room ?
Come on ... Henk you're my go to guy for this kinda stuff what say ?
