Just bought the new andrea flesh painting kit. Are these paints ready to be used (paintbrush)? Or do you thin them. If so, with what?

Andrea (nad Vallejo) should be thinned before use. It took me a shile to figure this out but I'm getting beter results. Go here, choose "Model color" from the drop down menu and scroll to the bottom for a tutorial on these paints. I use clean water to thin mine.
